I ordered a free sample with postage of £2.99. They have since taken two payments from me totalling £184 for cream. I phoned them up and they said I had agreed to a trial with money being taken after 14 days thereafter. I said I would send the goods back and he disagreed. I contacted the bank to stop payments. I have returned the goods as advised by the bank. I am now awaiting the outcome. The post office have given me the Canadian High Commission telephone number 0207 2586600, which I will phone to report this scam.
