I was going to try a sample and only pay shipping and handling. I did not see anything about being having to be a member or any further charges on website. As soon as I did the transaction. They sent me an email saying we are charging you the

Also i got charged a $1.31 transaction fee.
Bringing my total to 45.21.
Right away I called them. No answer...and again and again I called and called and called. I have called them everyday like 6 times for what seemed like a week.no answer. I have left emails left messages finally i "opened a ticket" on their site and finally on the tenth. I got word back. Finally!! I told them that i want my full refund as I do not want their product. They replyed saying something about the bank and they cant do a partial refund. I reply saying that i said a full refund not partial. They pretty much ignored my response saying oh you can get a good deal with buying supplement for only 16.00. After so many conversations they closed my conversation and have not heard from them.I had recieved the pills in the mail and right away went to postal and returned to sender. Its been 12 days since that day and still I dont have my refund. Nor have they tried even letting me know. They pretty much took my money and ran. I have documented everything and told them this as well. I opened a "new ticket" and waiting for a response. DO not get anything from these guys total SCAM!! I am willing to talk drastic measures. The funniest part about this is their website states:
