On the above date, we purchased a Serta mattress at the above location.We selected a FIRM mattress which carried a 10 year warranty. Within 3 months of use the mattress has lost its original firmness and is saging in the center.A complaint was sent to Mattress Warehouse, Inc at Frederick,Md. They scheduled a Mr.Bill Babyak to come and inspect the mattress. He made some measurements,took some photos, and told us he would file a report.After not hearing from Mattress Warehouse for a couple of weeks,we were told that Mr. Babyak had lost the pictures he had taken and would have to come by and take some other photos.
