I am mailing to Dish network since 3 months but they have worst system in the world which can’t trace a transaction or they are making me fool. This month they again charged from my credit card, I stopped their services last year march but they are charging from my credit card since 9 month already . They charged from my card on 24th december again.

I mailed you as earlier as well regarding this issue but you guys more than six month wrongly charging from my credit card. This month again you charged subscription charges while I un subscribe a long time ago, on 24th Nov 2013, the approval code from bank is 683873, you charged again this month. So kindly revert back my full money which you charged wrongly. I am enclosing screen shot of my credit card statement as well, kindly find in enclosed documents. Your dishworld application is not for my country one time i did mistake to subscribe your services in I guess in March 2013 and after that i called your customer care to un subscribe on the same day. Your person un subscribed the package but not stopped charging on my credit card.

Kindly do the needful for the same.

I subscribed for dishworld IPTV in April 2013 and as its not available out of Philippines so I called for disconnect my services. As per the person I talked my services was disconnected so i dont understand why you guys still charging from my credit card on 20th september you charged USD 44.99 from my credit card kindly explain why ??? while i tried to login today in Dishworld app to check may be you didnt stopped my services and its showing I am not subscribed for any channel so why these charges. Kindly do the needful for the same and refund mine USD 44.99 as details below.
