I initially agreed to pat 1.99 postage for the product thinking it was going to be samples. And when I spoke to my Dermatologist because I suffer serious skin disorder, I was advised to returne them back untouched. Which I did on the 31/10/2013 I have my registered mail receipt also. with rect. No RQ043014789AU (Australia Post receipt number)for returning the package.
But they still went ahead and took $69.95Au from my account on 26/11/013 and also another withdrawal on 13/12/013 of $7.95c from same account.
I keep trying to reach them but no reply is coming back.
