After seeing an ad on facebook, I was excited and joined in. Although it stated free bidding, but have to buy bid package to bid. The form constanly asked for bid package to be purchased. Intially for registration Credit card number was only for registration purposes, Although I did some bidding, but to my surprise my card was billed two separate time for 799 and 112 dollars.
I have sent them two separate request to refund this amount, but no one has contacted me yet. The phone number and the email of the company is not on the website, although it says 24/7 customer support, but there is no customer support.
I have to file a complaint against them through Victorian consumer affairs to the p.o box mentioned on the website.

hi i have tried messaging facebook several times to tell them one of their advertisers is a scam, have had no reply. i think it shocking they still allowed to advertise on facebook
