I ordered a product, have a receipt, have never received the product (Rainbow Loom Kit with Bonus Bands). Belleza will not return phone calls, will not allow posting on FB, will not answer emails and the customer service on the website is always "off". They told me my product would be shipped out 2-day USPS and that was over a week ago. There are many many customers having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This was a Christmas gift for my girls and it never arrived. Thank you.
