I recently placed an order well my first order of folica.com an suddenly I received an email telling me that I had to call in order to confirm my order so I do. While on the phone I tried to make the lady and confirm I everything in my order she didn't have a good attitude and there was also people laughing while I was on the phone. It was a horrible experience I think they where mocking my spanish accent I would cancel the order but I don't really want to call them ever again but they lost me as a customer forever.
