I paid 2.000 dollars for a website and mentoring which I never did receive. On my second month of membership I was so uncomfortable that I informed them that I wanted my money back. They kept pushing me aside in order to have my guaranteed expired and then they refuse to answer my phone calls. They also said that they were not going to return my money. I called several times almost daily for a whole year and nothing has happened. I had filed a complaint with you several months ago and nothing has happened either. I am an elderly lady and feel they are causing me a lot of discomfort and anger which can lead to causing problems with my health. Please look into this problem as I assumed lots of people are being taken for granted. Hoping to achieve excellent support and a good resolution from your company.
