I ordered a Genie camisole and was directed to a telemarketer after I finished my transaction. Although I am happy with my order from Genie, I did accept one offer from the telemarketer and was told I would be receiving a packet in the mail with all kinds of coupons and discount programs. I never received the packet. When I called to say I wanted a refund and to cancel my membership, I was told that I could cancel, but was not entitled to a refund because they sent me a "letter" the month before. I never received a letter, but this was not what I was told I would receive anyway. I think this is just a scam to get the membership fee until you cancel it.
