  • Hello,

Chris here from the Customer Relations team. Always here to help!

Just to gather consumer feedback and improve our consumer experience, we would like to check if this was not the specific landing page you entered your payment information on: http://tinyurl.com/3zh6q69? This page specifically requests you to select the bid pack you would like to purchase, and requires your authorization.

In any case, since you did not intend to sign up we have a very pro-consumer policy. Kindly email us at support[at]dealfun.com or let me know your username / ID here and I can assure you you will be very happy with the response.

We take pride in our customer service levels. Our team is available around the clock and we are always here to help. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy.

    Most Sincerely.
