I purchased a pair of air max shoes and a north face jacket on 12/9/13 for the amount of $167.45, the payment immediately cleared my bank and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately and I still have not received my merchandise, I have e-mailed the company several times and have never got a response. I am still able to log into the website under my log in info and it pulls up my order and says processed and cleared but nothing else. I have no way to even track my order, there is no address or phone number to contact them. Please , please help me that is a lot of money for me, and 2 very upset girls that were really looking forward to these gifts that never arrived for Christmas!!!
