On 13 Dec. 2013 I completed a "survey" that popped up on the Craftsy website (where I do have an account).
PLEASE NOTE: At no time did the name Bidou Bids Inc. appear during this entire process.
The only reason I know their name is because it showed up on my credit card statement twice. The first time it was for the $3.00 shipping charge. That was easy to identify since it was the only charge in that amount that I made during the month.
Same complaint as others have here - I completed a four question survey and paid $3.00 for shipping my "gift". As of 24 Dec. 2013 no "gift" has arrived.
However, on 15 Dec. this company processed a charge of $49.99 against my credit card. I did not purchase ANYTHING from them, and I have no idea what this charge is for.
From what I've read here in other complaints, they are likely to charge me again.
I would really appreciate any help you can provide to get this charge reversed, and to stop it from recurring.
