I got a call from roozgaar.com by Ankit (08459078827, 01130208150) last week saying that my CV has been taken from some other website and has been shortlisted by roozgaar.com. He said my application would be forwarded to the institutions that have vacancies and I can expect the interview call within 2 days. But all this will require registration with on their website and that will require Rs. 1500, which becomes 1685 after addition of other charges and taxes. Since then their representatives kept calling and convincing to get registered with this portal. On 24-12-13 I agreed to get myself registered andI was asked to take the process right away. I agreed to it and paid the money using my credit card. The transaction details are:

After this, the call was connected to some senior official named Alok who said that the registration process is complete and he said your resume is not in a proper format I wanted to restructure your resume as well as to provide you job card number as a recoginition number of roozgaar portal during interviews I need to pay 14041.10 which is the amount shown here but will not be transected even after getting all the details of my credit card and is a free of cost service. To which I completely disagreed. Even after my disagreement to all their lies he connected me to their banking section official named Rajesh who further tried to convince me on paying this amount to get job card id from the portal.

I refused to pay this money and asked them to refund the amount that I paid. Initially, they did not mention that I will be required to pay any amount for getting my application forwarded and instead gave me incomplete information that only registration is required amounting to Rs. 1685.Their website (roozgaar.com) says that there is a definite money back refund and cancellation policy even for 100% money back if refund is claimed within 72 hours. I claimed for refund within 24 hours by sending the request on the mail id on their website [email protected] and sending a request on their website in the contact us section. The person with whom I conversed in the same regard kept telling me that there is no refund policy and whatsoever may be the case, no refund request is considered and used foul language. I kept contacting the people in the same regard but they declined my request. My complaint is here, their website mentions refund policy but they are refusing to refund my Rs.1685.4. My repetitive requests have been declined. They are also not paying attention to my claim. If I call them, they simply transfer my call from one person to the other and ultimately disconnect it.
I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and help me get my money back. Many complaints have been made by other people deceived by the same company. Strict action should be taken against this portal under cyber crime as they are fooling innocent job seekers.
