I received a call from a Brian Warner stating he was with the Security Exchange Commission and that I had won $450,000 dollars from Lloyd's Of London International. Brian stated he was appointed to make sure that I received my prize. He even had a claim number. I was then told tocall Llyods International to get my prize.
I called and sure enough I had won 2ND place but I had to post a bond of $4,500. to insure delivery
