Ordered two sweatshirts from this company on December 3, 2013. They took the money out of my account. Their website policies says that once they ship off your order, that you will receive a tracking number via email. On Dec 16, 2013, I received the email with the tracking number. It's bogus. USPS says that although a tracking number was issued, they have never received the package. Tried to go to their website and it says the website is down and that you need a password to get into it. When I placed the order I never signed up for their mailing list or signed up to use a password to enter the site. Now I can't get ahold of anyone from this company and they have my money!
