Victor Lockharts is a ghost. He finds widows or divorced women on Christian Mingle.com and begins romantic relationships, quickly asking women to marry him and begins to craft a "made for TV" romance. It is perfect! hours upon hours of long phone calls, IM-ing and emails, saying all the right things that we all dream of hearing. He will send you romantic emails with a list of everything he hopes to do with you when the two of you are finally together, he will send you roses, and even pray with you every day (makes you believe he is very religious to help you trust him more). Singing a special song for you. He will find ways to explore your financial aspects without you even noticing because he shares first. His story: He supposedly was a gold investor and worked at home in Austin, traveling to Africa frequently to buy gold. His wife was killed several years ago while on a cruise and he is alone taking care of his son (peter). He will find tons of reasons why he needs your help with money. Ranging from getting back to the US, to paying special fees ... and all along promising to pay you back as soon as he can get access to his money or to have his attorney get you refunded. He even has you send him money for an airfare so he can come see you... but it ends up being cancelled or somehow loss of the refunded. He wants to come visit you but his son gets into a car accident and is in the hospital. Then he needs to borrow money to pay for hotel, food and of course the hospital bill. There are several other excuses that all seem logical, but the lowest, darkest and mean spirited thing he does is to tell you that his son, peter, died due to internal bleeding and that the doctors never saw it coming. He will be distraught, and talk about not wanting to live without his son. Then of course, he will need more help to get his son's body back to the states (but only if you want to help, otherwise he will handle things by himself). Any time you question him - he denies being a scam -er, and try's to put you against your family or friends that are warning you about scams. I have confirmed that he was doing this same role play and scam with the same exact story line with multiple women at the same time. In doing a back ground check, you can not verify any of his stories. Nothing he says can be substantiated or proven. He has no birth record, no SS#, no Passport, no property records, and the U.S. address he gives you, is an apartment building with no record of his being a tenant... In calling the US Embassy, they also do not know him and have not been requested to help him in any way get back to the states. The Hospitals in Ghana have no record of him or Peter (i have called every one of them). He has help with this scam. A couple of names to watch are: David Narh Ocansey and Koomson Lord KoJO. I highly suspect that he is actually one of these guys. Also, the list of email accounts are: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Phone numbers are: 011-233-262-09-5395, 512-233-2658, 512-879-1672, 210-306-7783. just a few - but all prepaid. various IP addresses include: 65.55.111.81, MX1.hotmail.com 65.55.92.184, MX4.hotmail.com 65.54.188.72, IP 65.55.111.91.

Victor (or whoever you are), shame on you! I hope that you believe in Karma. Because - i am going to use every resource and agency to track and find you, until you return the money you stole.
