Ordered the full program $2,473.00 but product and materials did not arrive within the quite unacceptable time frame stated; in fact, only part of the order arrived within 3 weeks. I cancelled the order in writing and was told NO REFUNDS...my doctor does not approve of the program and my attorney is representing me. Freyja Gutierrez keeps harrassing me and now the company is trying to send me the product all over again! I have incurred return postage on 2 unopened packages from this company and will not accept anything they send. Freyja Gutierrez pretty much said she'd refund all but $260.00 of the fees if I'd agree to try the HealthiStart Program for a week but my physician is not approving this drastic weight loss plan. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will continue to fight this very suspicious company - horrible way of doing business!!
