International boundaries
I ordered per Facebook/Dr Oz ad for a free 30 day trial and authorized the $2.95 shipping ONLY to be charged to my Bank Account. Called to cancel within 10 days of trial, which was not done. On 10/9 my Bank Account was charged 148.00. After first 5 phone calls to 855-847-8511 I was issued RMA # for return of product and full refund. Per USPS tracking information the product was delivered to them by 10/12/13. I have now made another 8 phone calls requesting my refund and have been assured my complaint has been "escalated" as of 11/27, to expect my refund within 3-5 business days. Or that my complaint was escalated and has gone to the "finance dept" and I am still awaiting my refund today 12/23/13.
