This company took £39.87 out of my account without any reason. My bank cant refund this and i cant find out how to contact this so called company. This was money i cant afford not to have, and would appreciate any help in how to try to retrieve my money

Hi Craig, this too happened to me the other day and hopefully you have resolved it before now. This company is called Money Warehouse, and they are a recently well-known loan broker and a pain in the backside. The website which you signed up on will have looked like a genuine payday loan site, but it wasn't. I bet you have been bombarded with texts and emails saying your loan application has been approved? Yeah, they pass on your details to lenders, and you've PAID them to do it!
Now that you know that and have learnt your lesson just like I have, I will try and help you get your money back.
The website states that if you wish to cancel your application you must let them know via email ([email protected]) or in writing (Moneywarehouse.co.uk, PO Box 290, CHEADLE, SK8 9DT ) within FOURTEEN DAYS. My maths tells me it's been longer than that for you, but it is still worth a try. Worst case scenario, the terms also state that within SIX MONTHS, if you haven't agreed to a loan with one of their lenders, you are entitled to a refund -£5 (so £34.87)
Hopefully this is of some help to you if you haven't already sorted it. Something needs to be done about these companies, as there is no logic behind TAKING money from people who they know can't afford it, or they wouldn't be on their scammy site in the first place! -
