I sued them and I lost the small claims court case because Anaheim Dentist Nonahal Dent Corp. made me sign a paper that they owe me no money after I demanded a simple refund for dentures of 3,300 that they dragged for 10 months and never finished it and they ruined my life forever, they pulled all my teeth out at age 32, because my gums were hurting me after I had a simple cleaning with them and they should have referred me to a gum specialist but they did not because they are greedy and they want to make all the money themselves even if they ruin someone else's life. There are some people that should never be dentist and these people are one of them. I spent 26 thousand dollars with them and I tried to get back $10,000 from the them so I could repair the damage they did but I lost the court case. while I was put under general anesthesia and was having my 8 implants done with them so I could get a removable snap on denture, I noticed that a big portion of my bone and gums were gone on my upper right maxillary were my sinus is located. They made a big mistake while they were doing the implant and they said that it was a cyst that they removed but two years later according to the CT scan it did not show that I ever did have a cyst. I showed all the evidence to the judge including other dentist specialist reports but the only reason why I lost my case was because I signed a paper with them that I got my 3,300 dollar refund for my dentures and that Anaheim dentist owes me no money and that they are releasing me as a patient. They said if I did not sign it then I could not get my refund but I signed that paper before I found out all of this. When I asked for a copy of my invoice records they deleted a lot of stuff and my suspicion arose and I did not trust them anymore so I went and got a radiologist report on my CTscan and the report said everything looked normal and that I never had a cyst. Now my sinus is permanently damaged and I have pain everyday and it will never be fixed to the way it was and there is no guarantee of the pain ever going away. Anaheim dentist made me believe for 2 years that I had a cyst and that the pain I kept having after they removed the bone was normal and I actually believed them and trusted them and they are now waiting for their next victim. And they basically believe that they can remove whatever they want from you and say that a cancerous cyst does not show up on CT scans and get away with it. I contacted three lawyers and no one was going to take the case because they said that I had signed an arbitration form while they had me on IV sedation that says I cannot go to a jury trial and only an arbitration judge which would cost 15,000 just to go to that specific court on top of all the other regular fees involved and also they said I did not have enough damages to pay all the lawyer and court fees because malpractice cases and lawyers are very costly and that's why lawyers only take big cases that have permanent disability, for example if your face gets entirely numb or your tongue gets numb or paralyzed forever. when I was at court, Michael Nonahal and Behnaz Nonahal and Sean Park and Holly were all present. They wanted to settle for $4,000 when we were doing the mediation but I said no I want the entire $10,000 the maximum I can get in small claims court. So then we went back to the courtroom and then I lost the case and got zero. I cannot get any records of the implants even from them because all they do is just hang up the phone on me and tell me that we are done with you and we released you as a patient. When I was getting my teeth pulled and bone grafting they were having construction workers and doing wood cutting and all the dust was flying everywhere and went inside my bone. These people do not play by the rules they do whatever they want and they can get away with it and now they are even more powerful and they think they can get away with anything. I had to write this down so I can warn as many people as possible. That guy Michael Nonahal did most of the talking in court and he is a very smooth talker and was able to convince the judge and I got angry in the courtroom and was not able to speak good and all four of them walked out of the court smiling. So now I am in debt and in pain and I have to spend over 10,000 to fix the damages plus another 10,000 for the denture. Even if I fix it all, it will never be the same and no guarantee that the pain will go away and meanwhile I keep losing bone mass because I am not using my implants and 2 of the implants are not good and need to be removed and my facial features keep changing and looking worse every month. They just ruined my life and I hope many people will read this so it will not happen to them.
