I received a message on my phone from a private caller saying she was Linda Carter a process server and if she did not receive a release by 6 pm she would be coming to my home with authorities to serve papers for fraudulent check. She called at 5:54 pm. I tried to call the number she left and got voice mail message for a Michael Sanchez. This was not the worse. Somehow they figured out where I work and contact my boss at his home. There are several posts on 800notes and the scenario is almost identical. This is a scam.
