We thought this site was an official Apple resource for tech support. We had googled something like "Apple tech help" and this was the first "sponsored" result. Without noticing it was a sponsored site I called and went through the whole process. They asked if I wanted to sign up for a tech support plan. I repeatedly and explicitly said no. They tried to sell me an anti-virus and I said no. I did need to get the problem on my computer fixed and I agreed to pay for that one time service. They did fix the problem and I haven't experienced the problem since the call. However, they also signed me up without my knowledge to their monthly tech support plan. It was only 9.99 but the point is that they did it even though I specifically remember telling them man not to. I hate giving my credit card info out to scam places and now we have to dispute the charge through Chase and they aren't returning calls to their customer support line. I wish others knew this place is dishonest and they should give their business and money to an honest company.
