Called me from 972-555-0129. Caller ID says "Dir Assist OR". Shows you errors with eventvwr. These are normal and not a problem. They say the name of their company is "Windows Technical Department", but they are not part of Microsoft. This shows their limited knowledge of copyright laws. They try to get you to go to their website (fastheal.net) and allow them to connect to you computer. They will then try to sell you a "fix" for your problems for several hundred dollars. If you refuse, the will erase files on your computer and infect your computer with a virus.
