On Dec 2 I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this supposedly "authorized" UGG retailer. Got a confirmation on Dec 3 that my payment had been accepted, along with a confirmation number indicating a tracking number would be sent when the product shipped. No tracking number, no answer to three different emails. Will dispute the charge on my credit card.
