i thought i was applying for a loan for xmas as im a single mum on benifits but i soon relized on my payday 67.74 was takin from my bank account and left me and my 11yr old son woth very little to liveon for 2wks so i went to my bank coz i didnt understand who had taken the money or why but found out it was cashlocator iv read the terms and condition to there membership fees which is wot they said i had paid the 67.74 for...it said to put in written within 14days that i dont want to be a member and would like a refund...which i done so on the 6th december iv also emailed 7times but still no reply nor my money back into my bank as i requested in written and by emails.iv also tried several times to phone then and every time not even gettin chance to speak to any1 just on hold for over an hour each time but as i have no phone and had to use a neighbours phone bein on hold for over an hour oviosly my freiend was not likin the fact it was her phone bill not mine. please help me to try get my much needed money back from this un caring loan finder company..thankyou yours truely (Personal Information Removed)
