I purchased there web site with the belief that it was cheaper and better than Amazon im unemployed so did i go over my head yes im old and need work hoping this would help but after purchase i get told i need to pay for advertising and other stuff and guess what ,soon as they had my money i got a couple of emails but then stopped so i said i want a refund some one will contact you , it didn't happen they want me to go away because its not much money to them but is to me im unemployed no follow up when requested a refund ,what happened to 30 day money back

- call your credit card company. Tell them that they are not holding up to there side of the contract. I have the same complaint. Response to this if you don't get any responses.
