I was a member of winpalace for about 6 months. I almost always used prepaid visa/mastercard or ukash vouchers. Well I played and played and played never winning anything , untill 3'weeks ago I won , winning $2500 us on the beaver game. Then when I tried to get forms and what have you together to claim winnings they send email saying that the account has been closed. So I contacted them and asked why ?and we're my winnings were ? They wouldn't talk to me just saying that that's all they could tell me and nothing about somebody will contact me or here's who I need to contact, no just plain old can't talk to me because it might jeopardize the future security of the casino. Finally after two weeks of creating accounts just to get ahold of there useless support staff and ask we're my money went I recieve an email on the 18th stating that the account has been closed and to wait eight days to recieve funds back on my credit card. Well you can't put funds back on a prepaid card or ukash voucher so that's were I'm at now . The battle continues. Any advice is welcome
