This was, without a doubt, one of the phoniest, con artist-type presentations, that I've heard in a long time! There even was a "shill" planted in the audience! I was embarrassed, and ashamed, to have been "sucked in" enough, to have gone out of my way, to attend Than's, Paul's, and JD's "chicanery" company's informational seminar! Their radio commercials, pressure you to go to, their "oh so wonderful" presentation! Once you sign up, they email you to death! They remind you, unnecessarily, in an absolutely overwhelming fashion, of your commitment to be there! They ask you, unnecessarily, multiple times, how they are doing, customer service-wise! Even before you step foot in the room, the "hard sell" is happening, in a prodigious manner! I was so disgusted, by everything I saw, and heard! I felt so sorry for the folks, who, by and large, could not afford to do so, but nevertheless, "forked over" $197.00, of their very limited income, to the three "shysters", Than, Paul, and JD, who created, and run, this "horrible excuse", for a benignly beneficial company! Those that literally "buy-into" this scheme, are so desperate, to make some extra money, in this tough economy, that they'll do, and try, most anything; and, they are the ones, who can least afford to lose their cash! The probable outcome, if you try to follow their "success formula", is failure! Essentially, you have wasted your time and energy, "hung your hopes" on a mirage, and, worst of all, squandered funds, that you really could not afford to waste! You will soon realize, that only "the three principals", have gotten more prosperous, not you! I also understand, that, before you get to the level, where you are truly "entrenched" in this organization, you actually have to "invest", $14,995.00! So, the "three little pigs", now have your money; and, they are growing richer, seminar by seminar, and, "poorer you", have just "dropped a bundle", that you probably could not afford to lose, on another "get rich quick scheme", that is, most likely, only making T, P, and JD, "wealthier by the minute"! It certainly isn't, and won't, do it for you!

The presenter, at the " Find & Flip Event", that I attended, was Tony Natoli, not Than Merrill, the man we were led to expect, would be there, and be our speaker! Also, we were told, that we would get a free copy of Than's "Money Resource Guide", etc., just for attending! We all expected a hard copy, not a piece of paper, that told you to "go to the web", and download it, and three other of his books, yourself! Another case of misleading "the poor suckers" (myself included!), who were stupid enough, to come to one of these events! The end result, in regards to both the speaker, and the book offer, is that it is some sort of " false and misleading" advertising, that's being perpetrated, and foisted, onto their unsuspecting public! In addition, they hold these two-hour events at 12:30, and 6:00, most people's lunchtime, and dinner hour! No refreshments of any kind, are furnished! Not even coffee, tea, cookies, or crackers, are offered! Thank goodness, that generosity, and hospitality, such as theirs, is oft not duplicated!

Tony Natoli, what is there to say about him?! Whatever I have to relate, you are certainly not going to like! It's been a very long time, since I've heard such a "fast talker", and "dyed-in-the-wool humbugger", in a public forum! This is man who thinks that his listeners are all just plain stupid, and gullible; and, that, he's "the smartest one in the room"! He uses obnoxious tricks, and techniques, to try to persuade you, his listeners, to invest in this loser's scheme! He hints that you are somewhat flawed, and defective, lacking in adventurous, entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to succeed, and grow wealthy, if you will; if you are not yet convinced, that by "buying into" this, you will not be "throwing good money after bad"! The price for you, if you go online to sign up, will not be $197.00, our seminar "bargain price", but $1197.00, instead! So, "chumps", you better act fast, before you miss this "wonderful, discounted opportunity to part with your cash!

All in all, Thad, Paul, and JD, (and their associates, involved in this venture!) just sicken me! I really enjoyed their tv show, "Flip This House", by CT Homes, LLC! I was born, and raised, both in Hartford, and West Hartford, CT. My family had a well-established, successful, and respected, hardware business, in Windsor, CT, for approximately fifty years! "Ripping people off", was never their "modus operandi"! Treating people well, as they, themselves, would like to be treated, was ("The Golden Rule", if you will!)! Naturally, I also watched, because I was interested in seeing how they were renovating homes in New Haven, thereby not only making money for themselves, by virtue of all their hard work, but also improving New Haven's environment, "one house at a time"! Now, I don't know just what to think, about T, P, and JD! I'm really "turned off"! Their tv program, that is, if they "lower themselves" to make more shows, and the cable network still wants them, will never be the same, enjoyable experience for me! Is Yale University, given what T, P, and JD, are now involved in, their own " get rich quick" racket, proud to claim them as alumni? Even if they are donating, a substantial amount, of their ill-gotten gains, to the school, I somehow believe that If Yale was aware that they were running this type of business, it would want to distance itself, as much as possible! I'm sure you know, Thad, Paul, and JD, that you have now "reaped the whirlwind", and for that, you will pay, dearly, and, eternally!
