This company has scammed hundreds of their customers and employees out of their money. Lee Brown the owner is nothing but a crook, thief and liar! He makes his employees work until they have done just enough to make a bonus and fires them! He tells his customers his windows are factory direct but buys them in Pennsylvania from regency plus, them charges 6 times what they cost. He never pays his installers which is why he can't keep any crews. About that, he says his installers are factory direct but are subcontractors he doesn't pay either. This is why so many of his customers who paid in full end up with liens on their house because when he doesn't pay the installers, they by law have the right to put a lien on the clients home til their paid in full. His sales reps do the same thing, so don't buy his way overly priced windows unless you want to lose your house!
