I had purchased this AMERICAN TOURISTER CYBER C3L LAPTOP BACKPACK on 20th December'13. i want to say in one line it is not a laptopbag it is a school bag. My main concern for this complain is that the quality of the product seen is not at all durable and strong. One can easily make out while touching the overlap of the product, thou, the seller had tried his level best to attract the customer by placing difrent diffrent sections with pen and bottle stand which is attractive too but one relies on quality as you cannot place heavy products as it makes it to tourn as the material used is not too strong to bare more weight, else the attraction point as well as for only laptop use and customar care has also misguide.
