I saw an advertisement on-line for a trial sample of RVTL anto-aging cream. All I had to pay was postage (£2.99) but of course this involved giving the company my credit card details. I have very sensitive skin and the cream made it itch, so I discontinued use. My account was debited by £2.99 for the postage, but then I was billed for a further £89 WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY MORE CREAM. I contacted RVTL 3 times telling them the free sample cream did not suit my skin, and as I had received nothing more, I demanded a refund of £89. Eventually a reply came from RVTL saying my order was cancelled, but no mention was made of a refund. I have since informed my bank and they have placed a block on RVTL so they cannot take any more of my money.
