I received an offer for my mint condition Iphone 4 in the amount of $110.00 on 10/29/2013. I accepted and was sent a mailer box to send my phone to Hello Totem 2 days later. I sent my phone in and received an email from Hello Totem on 11/07/13 to confirm that they received my Iphone 4. The email stated I could track the progress and that a technician would be inspecting my phone in the nest couple of days. When i track my phone I continue to see "pending status" info and a check has still not been sent. It has been almost two months and I have submitted several tickets through their website with no response (even though they promise a response within 24 hours). I have reported them to the better business beaurea as theives because I no longer have the phone or the money to show for it. Please put this review online so people will see it and choose not to do business with Hello Totem. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!
