I ordered some clothes from what I thought was Hollister Outlet for my kids christmas. Payment was taken from my account next day. email received saying order had been upgraded to processing but have received nothing and when I go into my account on the page it says no purchases have been made. This is the website below. I fear this may be a scam now. Can you advise please?
