This company took $327.61 automatically from my bank account, causing over $200.00 in overdraft fees. I had never heard of this company before this. I called them and they assured me they would refund my money plus the overdraft charges. I have called them repeatedly since then and all they can tell me is that they are waiting for approval from the accounting department, but the accounting department has no direct telephone line, all their communications are thru emails. I called yesterday and the number has been disconnected. I called a different number and waited on hold for 45 minutes without an answer. I will continue to call, but it does not looking promising on getting any of my money back.
