In Nov I ordered a sample online of one anti wrinkle product. I received two products with no enclosed info on cost or contact information. Because it had been awhile since my order, I did not recognize an ordered product. Charges on my credit card were not made when I could associate them. Then in Dec a second shipment arrived again with absolutely no info on cost or on the company sending it or how to contact them. Finally used the names on the containers to search internet and get contact info. After repeated calls and considerable time listening to music, was able to cancel future shipments, but young man told me he could only handle cancellations and nothing else. Have now been charged $359.80 for a product I used once and found unimpressive. This company gets high marks for scam practices based on their failure to include info on charges and how to contact them with their shipments.
