I ordered flowers on Monday 11/25 to be delivered on Saturday 11/30 for my friend's birthday. The flowers were delivered on 12/3 (just left outside of the house, not a ring, not a knock on the door), and they were wrong (and not fresh) flowers. The company would not reimburse - my credit card company did! I have contacted BBB - they could not find them at their legal address. Do not bother dealing with them!
