Bought boots online for my wife for Christmas today, and right after purchasing/checking out I thought it was odd that it didn't give me an estimated delivery date or just anything saying 3 to 4 days or something like that. So I started looking around the site and seeing that everything I clicked on had nothing listed on the page (like FAQ, policies, About us, ect.) and Contact Us only had an email your questions. So I quickly Googled blackonfoot.com and right away saw these complaints. I then called my bank to cancel my card. I never thought I'd have this happen to me online, but the site right of the bat looked okay, because it looked like it was actually uuggaustrailia.com. The bank can't stop payment because it was originally authorized by me. I can only wait for it to clear and then go to the back and file a complaint. Not happy right now, but it's my own fault for rushing the purchase these at a cheaper rate. I really hope the people or person responsible for this is caught and pays.
