I ordered two pair of ugg boots from a company that drafted payment from my account under the name PWK*ScarvesandS.. never received order confirmation.. finally after many emails received a tracking number.. but the order has never shipped out of china. No way to contact them by phone. website is no longer on the web. Contacting the FTC and my bank to see if I can get the money returned to my account. nightmare. worst part is this is my children's Santa gifts and I don't have the funds to replace them so I am not sure what I am going to do.
