This company sells itself as a vacation club, however, when I tried to book a vacation package through them, after paying $3600 for a membership, they kept telling me they would contact me at certain times to go over my options and never contacted me. They also promised trips for just attending. We signed up for these trips just to be told that the time frame to sign up was expired. It was only two weeks after the presentation and we sent the sign up by certified mail to make sure it got there on time. Also, when they sold us on the "club" it was because they have "hot weeks" which are available which they do, and they said the hot weeks make it worth while because they are in driving distance. As it turns out, the hot weeks except an occasional 1 or 2 are nowhere near driving distance from where we live. This is a total rip off and I feel like a fool for falling for it. It's not like I had $3600 to throw away but apparently that is what I have done.
