I was looking for a short term loan instead of getting the £350 I had applied for, was scammed of £67 and only had £70 in my account.
Telephoned my bank this morning for assistance and they said they couldn't do anything as the transaction had already gone through. I have since cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one as these scammers have the 16 digit number and CV code (back of card 3digit no) of my old card.
I'm now worse off than before and have to live on 3quid till next payday. I will not rest till this matter is resolved and these scammers refund my hard-earned money that I was saving towards Xmas travel and my rent. If there is one thing I'm good at is writing letters...game on suckers!!
PS: I advise anyone who has his a/c debited by these scammers to cancel their cards and reorder a new card with new 16 digit no. and CV code to stop them making any further transactions immediately. If you are going to correspond with to always use recorded signed for postage.
