I ordered a barbour online from Barbour outlet they stated they were in the UK so I ordered one. I contacted the company within 2 days asking for comfirmation about delivery. I noticed from my account that they are not based in the UK and are in China. I have contacted them a couple of times and they have promised a refund but from wht you say this is not going to happen. I am really disgusted that this company can get away with settin gup so many companies ripping people off.

Just received the jacked and the quality is awful, the email I had yesterday from the comapny [classicfineartsbarbour] which is BJPOS stating that I should keep it as it would cost too much to send it back.
