I have purchased a few of his products - but my most recent experience was with his Forex Dominator software which I purchased a year or so ago. I'm not usually one to request a refund - but after purchasing his Forex Dominator software, I had a number of technical issues with the software, which his support staff were not able to able to resolve in a timely manner. Ultimately, I requested a refund for the product (as I was within his 60-day refund period), which was never honoured by Cecil. His support staff kept promising the refund, but it never eventuated. I even contacted Cecil directly via email and via Skype, and received no response.
