I applied for the free trial, my card details were requested to pay for postage and packing. at first a small amount was taken, and I waited for my parcel. Nothing arrived, I then noticed that a further £79 had been taken from me, and still no products had arrived. I therefore attempted to contact via email, numerous sent with no reply to date. I have also tried to phone the customer services number on the advert, this goes to voice mail, messages left, but still no reply. I am worried that more money will be taken from me. I work very hard for my money and hate the fact that this company has taken my money for nothing!!! I am extremely angry and upset, don't know where to turn or what to do!
