I was solicited thru my email address for a trial size of the product and received them on or about Nov 29 2013. Nowhere in that solicitation did it say I would be charged that amount for any products. I saw last week that a charge on my account for 97.88 was added. When I called the company to inquire and remove the charges the man was rude and said that my account was ineligible to get a refund. What kind of business does that when they are trying to sell their product? If I did like the products after trying them the attitude would make me want to not use them. I was not impressed with the products to begin with and to find out I was involuntarily charged 97.88 was outrageous. I am appalled that they would not refund my money.
