I was signing up to make bids and then they tell you need to verify something through your email and before I knew it they had charged my bank acct. $99 TWICE and I had not even verified or gave them permission to do anything. There is no means to contact anyone, yet on this site it says you can chat with a live person. There is no telephone or email to get assistance with this matter. I want my money back in my account. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

That because its a disguise website on purpose. The real website that you paid is zbiddy. They tell you in terms and conditions you have 7 days to request your money back but make it hard for you o find them. after some digging I got a way to talk to live agent...I just contacted them pretending to be reading disabled and wanted to speak with customer service to explain rules to me.....this is what I got back.
