ON NOVEMBER 25th I PAID SAFECART 352 dollars and 86 cents to clean my computer and was told it would be like a new for many years as a result.Then on december 5th,i got in touch again because of a virus,the ensuing charges 538 dollars 93 cents equalled the amount I had previously told the company I could not afford.I consider these charges to be fraudulant in nature and want a refund of the 538dollars and 93 cents.The company should have fixed my problem for no or a little charge since i had been told i would have free tech support.
