Once you have signed up for a Premium-membership (i.e. 3 months) you are "locked" in an endless loop, this was already 1 hour after I had signed up...that is when I became suspicious and found 100's of complaints about b2 being a scamer on the internet..all with exactly the same experience and warnings......too late...I am not able to stop the automatic renewal, I am not able to delete my profile, I am not able to terminate my "contract" by e-mail, they insist to do it online....but all links are broken, instead you will receive a stream of instructions how to cancel, but it will not work, your password will not work any-longer and yes you will get instruction how to revoke your password....which -surprise- does not work either...I am at this point now...from what I read, the next step is the automatic renewal since I will fail to stop the services......and on it goes.....I hope you can help.
