The site had information on grants to help homeowners repair their homes. My sister is low income and can't afford to fix electrical, plumbing and structural issues of her house in Ottumwa, Iowa. Our family cannot afford to keep making the repairs, we are tapped out. I sent for information on a grant application for $2.97 on 10/14/11. On 10/24/11 a charge on my account for $57.93 showed up from Grant Assist. I did not see the 7 day trial on whatever was listed on the web site....I called to get it refunded and they said they coud do $35.00....I want the whole amount back....I have not received any information yet on the grant assist application.... help me resolve this...!!!!
