i was looking to apply for a loan, filled in my details ect, and ended up on merlin website it didnt say anything at the start that it was going to take money from my account and i didn't athorise them to take it either, they've just took it not only once but twice which i think is unacceptable and doesnt look good on their behalf, which i doubt they care about their customers anyway there just there to scam people like us that are askin for genuine help, then the next minute you've had your bank account cleared and when i emailed then to ask if i could get my money back they said 'yes' but you have to write to them in person within 14days, which i think is ridiculous that they even have the cheek

- That is the same thing that happened to me but I got a phone call an nobody answers just an automated voice I'm fuming!!
